The whole family arranged a day out by the sea last week. It was a chance for all the kids to get together and run around in the sea and for the adults to catch up. It was a brilliant day, with lots of ice cream and fish and chips. My brother brought a bucket and spade and the kids built a massive sand castle before we all got a bit brave and decided to jump in the sea, which was freezing.
