Last week I found myself up in Portland Oregon on a business trip. I presently live in Phoenix Arizona and have not been back up to Portland in quite a few years. I’m originally from the Portland area. After a couple of days of business meetings I went back to the neighborhood I grew up in. I stopped by my friend Tom’s parents house because they still live there. I had a nice visit with them. They told me who still lives in the neighborhood and who lives in assisted living programs. The only thing that seems to have changed are the trees which have gotten bigger.
