Familiarize Yourself With The Italian Language
10 October 2010
Before going on a trip to Italy, you have to make sure that you know the basics of the Italian language or you may take an Italian course in Italy. This can help you with your travel as well as your stay. The more you learn the Italian language, the better your understanding will be. But you have to be aware that, native Italian speakers usually speak fast and it may be hard to understand since it is not like how you do it in a classroom setting. You should also take an Italian dictionary with you so that you can easily translate the words you want to say or the person you are talking to is saying if in case you forget it. If you could, try as much as possible to not use any other language aside from Italian during your trip so that you will become more familiar with the language. Remember that if you feel you need and have to learn the Italian language or even take an Italian course in Italy in order to survive, you will then find yourself learning faster than you actually expected.
