Duplex has New Tenants
My best friend has a duplex that she owns and rents out to various people on a six month contract. She had one tenant just move out last month and is advertising the apartment in the local newspaper. She always does a credit check on the potential tenant and asks specifically what they have for financial resources so she knows they will be able to pay the rent on time each month. She has had a great track record with this duplex and has had some of the most friendly and respectable tenants. I think the tenants know how much she enjoys being a landlord and the appreciation is reciprocated.
