Simple Cod Reciples
Performing a touch of a twist with these cods may make some interest from the growing up kids.
Altering an ordinary cod to a ‘fish and chips’ delicacy, needs uncomplicated preparation.
Peeled potatoes, flour, salt, eggs, cup of milk and cod are the primary ingredients in the said dish.
Once the ingredients are prepared, in a bowl, mix the salt, flour and milk to form a batter.
Use some of the flour to coat the cod fillets.
Make certain that the oil’s temperature is around 190C then fry the fillets with batter until golden brown and do the same with the potatoes as well.
For better display, remove excess oil from the chips and fillets utilizing absorbent kitchen paper.
