Flying and Jet Lag
I have never really enjoyed flying in an airplane, but sometimes it is the only way for me to get where I am going. I have always hated the feeling of jet lag and I asked a friend what I could do to prevent it. He said to chew gum during take off and landing and this would prevent my ears from popping. He also said to drink plenty of water to make sure that I am not retaining water. He said to eat a healthy meal and to avoid alcohol. These tips should help to prevent that laggy feeling after a flight.
