I am Switching Up My Biceps Exercise

I am just now getting back into the routine of working out regularly.  It has been quite some time for me.  For now, I am going to start off focusing on my arms.  In the past, I used to hit them hard every other day.  Most of the research I see now says that that is not the way to do it.  A biceps exercise should really only be performed no more than two times a week for maximum results.  I am going to give it a shot.  That is the area that I would like to see the most gain.
