Losing Weight isn’t rocket science, even though many people would have you believe this.  The simple science behind losing weight actually just involves energy expenditure.  The food you eat his energy.  The more food you eat the more energy you have, in theory.  The problem for most of us is that we eat, or take and, more energy than we end up using throughout the day.  The synergy gets stored via our bodies as unsightly fat.  There are many things that contribute to storing more fat, including not getting enough sleep, not drinking enough water, and other things like metabolism.  But when it comes down to it, the best ways to lose weight fast are to get more exercise and eat less.
