C3 NOLA Concern, Community, and Compassion

To commemorate the Anniversary of Hurrican Katrina there will be a march from the lower 9th ward to Congo Square, as well as a public housing feeder march from survivor's village to Congo Square. The marches begin at 10am and will conclude with a rally.
