So I have been working with a Microsoft Partner to create an advanced client area which had an employee assignment area. See we have been having difficulties because we are a fairly large design agency.

Mostly these difficulties were dealing with clients and these problems were mostly assigning the right employee to handle the changes, additional work and any modification. Further to this I needed a way to track account activity and progress and the client needed a facility to allow them to communicate and the necessary person pick it up.
